PRE / NOVICE HOCKEY LEAGUE

The PNHL is a 4 vs 4 league that includes games & skill development / power-skating practices. "Puck drop" will be at 5:30 or 6:30 pm either Tuesday or Thursday nights. The day of the game will depend on the schedule of your respective team, same for the practices.

PNHL details:

- January 2023 - May

- 6 teams (mix of 2014, 2015, 2016 elite)

- 10 game schedule + playoffs

- 9 practices

* 3 Power-Skating

* 3 Skill Development practices (on-ice)

* 3 Shooting & Stick-hanlding specific sessions (synthetic ice)

PNHL est une ligue 4 contre 4 qui comprend des jeux et des pratiques de développement des compétences / power-skating. « Puck drop » aura lieu à 17 h 30 ou 18 h 30 le mardi ou le jeudi soir. Le jour du match dépendra de l’horaire de votre équipe respective, de même pour les entraînements.

The Original Six Labour Day Classic is back for a second year! 

This prestigious Novice tournament is located in the city of Montreal, Qc.

The Original Six tournament is exclusive to players playing at the M9 (Novice) level in the year 2023/24. This year features young aspiring hockey players both boys & girls born in the years 2015 & 2016.

HOW DOES THE ORIGINAL SIX TOURNAMENT WORK?

48 players / 6 goaltenders are invited to participate in a pre-draft game.

 The 6 head coaches provided by NLH will watch the game and evaluate the players. After the game, the coaches will draft players to their respective teams to compete in the Original Six Labour Day Classic Tournament!
